01 — The Chalet A home in the mountains

A peaceful, private hideaway with valley views from every room.

Tucked into a quiet corner of Saint-Jean-d'Aulps, Chalet Olimon looks out across the valley toward the Abbaye d'Aulps. It's a traditional alpine build — exposed timber beams, a wood-burning fire, and tall windows that frame the mountains.

Three generous bedrooms sleep up to eight, with one en-suite plus a separate bathroom and shower room. The open living space is made for slow evenings by the fire, and the dining table seats the whole party.

A fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, ski and bike storage, fast Wi-Fi and parking for four cars (one under cover) mean everything is taken care of — whatever the season.

Chalet Olimon sits just below the lifts at La Grande Terche / Roc d'Enfer, with Morzine, Avoriaz and Ardent all close by. The free shuttle stops a short walk from the door, and the full 650 km Portes du Soleil ski area is within easy reach.

Lake days, mountain trails, long evenings.

In summer the valley opens up. The village is an easy walk — by road or the scenic route through the woods — and the lifts above Morzine and Ardent put hiking and biking on your doorstep. Spend lazy days on the lake, then return to the terrace for the evening sun.
